hi,
we have reinstalled Oracle Application server 12c on a Windows 2012 server. Installation process ended successfully, but when we run a report, the showjobid (eg: http://serverURL:7777/reports/rwservlet/showjobid73?server=rep_wls_reports_srv&EnvId=DEFAULT&statusonly=true&autorefresh= 1&closewindow=yes) page does not close. after installation, we copied the old configuration files, whereas the shojobid page was been closing correctly.
how can I fix this issue? thanks for help
