We know about the desupported issue of Oracle7, however upgrading Oracle will have consequences for Nectar that can not be solved. That's why we want to phase out Nectar first. Next step is to upgrade Oracle. In this way we have a controlled upgrade of the system.

Other suggestions instead of upgrading the system in one step?
