Use Oracle Migration Workbench provided by oracle you can download it from http://otn.oracle.com/tech/migration/workbench/index.html

Supported Databases:
Microsoft SQL Server, 6.5, 7.0 and 2000 Microsoft Access 2.0, 95, 97 and 2000
Sybase Adaptive Server 11 and 12
Informix Dynamic Server 7.3 (Production) and 9.1 (Beta) MySQL 3.22 and 3.23
IBM DB2/400 V4R3 and V4R5
IBM DB2 UDB V6, V7.1 and V7.2 (Beta)
